Lightstone's shopping mall reaches 100% occupancy

The Lightstone Group, one of the largest private real estate owners in the country, recently completed more than 15,000 s/f in leases at Larchmont Commons shopping center, located in Mount Laurel Township. These transactions bring the 127,000 s/f neighborhood mall to nearly 100 percent occupied.

One of the newest additions to Larchmont Commons is the Great Life Wellness Center, which currently occupies 8,000 s/f of space.

Other new tenants in Larchmont Commons include a 2,500 s/f facility for Edvista Learning Centers, which is owned by Remed Corp. Oceans in Motion recently leased 2,700 s/f and Silver's Karate Center leased 2,100 s/ f. Established tenants include the Core Academy of Movement, AAA/ Travel Store and H&R Block.
